Organizational Chart

1. A mechanism is evolved for the on-line appraisal of teachers by the students once in every semester.(A Sample Questionnaire is attached)     
2. Software has been generated to perform this task. It gives the overall performance result of a teacher with reference to a particular subject. (A sample result sheet is enclosed).

1. Faculty coordination committee is constituted to look after the issues of the faculty and make recommendations to the Principal for redressal.
2. Local guardian scheme is implemented at the ratio of 1:10 to monitor the academic as well as extra and co-curricular activities of the students and to address student’s grievances.
3. Student Welfare Officer (SWO) has been appointed to take care of student welfare programmes.
