Librarian successfully defends PhD Thesis

Mrs. Bharathi K, Librarian, Central Library, successfully defended her PhD thesis titled "Digital Libraries in Engineering Educational Institutions in Karnataka State: An Analytical Study” at PRIST University, Thanjavur, Tamilnadu. The research work was guided by Dr. Sujatha H R, Librarian (S.G), Sri VenkataramanaSwamy College, Bantwal. In her public defense, the external examiner was Dr. L N Umadevi, Associate Professor,Annamalai University.

Mrs. Bharathihas expressed her profound gratitude to SriManjunathBhandary, Chairman, Trustees, Director, Principal, teaching and non-teaching staff and the entire Sahyadri family for their constant support and encouragement for the successful completion of her PhD.

Two Sahyadrians recruited by All Cargo Logistics Ltd.

Two students namely, AkshaySamanth, Department of Civil Engineering and Deelan Felix Concessao, Department of Mechanical Engineering have been selected by All Cargo Logistics Ltd.in the recently held campus recruitment drive for the 2018 outgoing batch.

Campus Recruitment Drive - Midco Limited

Midco Limited conducted a Campus Recruitment Drive for the engineering students of 2018 outgoing batch at the campus. A total of 41 students attended the drive. After the initial process of screening, 18 students were shortlisted for the second round of interview. The results are awaited.
