Playing a Video of 3-4 minutes at the Start of an E-Class has given boost to Learning on ICT Mode
With an effort to bring innovation in Teaching Pedagogy especially on ICT Platform where gaining students attention is a challenge, faculty of MBA Department streamed a Video of 3-4 minutes related to subject - Human Resource Management (Subject Code: 18MBA21) at the beginning of the E-class followed by discussion. Students have found it very interesting and have requested that videos of such learning outcomes should be regularly played to create interest in that subject. The video depicted the beauty of HR as a profession and an effort to inspire students to take up HR as a Career choice.
