Faculty, Dept. of CSE, initiates Career Lighthouse on Daijiworld 24x7 TV Channel

hackclub_sosc India is the land of youngsters. Survey shows that 50% of the population is below the age of 25 years and 65% of the population is below the age of 35 years. India's demography is changing significantly. In the changing scenario the competition for employment is going to be very high. To be the right choice of the employer in this growing economy, it is important that the millennials make the right career choices and build their future steadily towards achieving their dream goal and building Atmanirbhar Bharat.
For the students it is the peer pressure & parental pressure, and for the parents its peer and societal pressure. With 30 to 35 years of earning and enjoying life ahead for these youngsters, primarily the parents and family members should not be pushing the young talent by making a wrong and forceful decision. It's important that a calculated and unbiased decision could help the ward to bring out the hidden talent and march towards his/her growth path and goal.
Keeping this in mind and to ease this rather stressful decision making process at homes, Sahyadri aims to help students and their parents to know about 33 different career options we have chosen to provide sufficient information on and guide them through a career specific chat cum interview show with top notch resource persons who are best in their domains. Before any video is recorded, Dr. Ananth Prabhu G, Professor, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering creates a post of that topic on his Facebook page www.fb.com/educatorananth where students can post the questions which would be put forward to the resource person in the interview.
Each of these 33 episodes will be telecasted on Daijiworld 24x7 TV Channel every Sunday starting from 14thJune'2020, between 10.00 am and 11.00 am(IST) with repeat telecast every Friday between 11:00 pm and 12.00 noon, catering to our viewers in the Middle East.
