ACM Sahyadri hosted ACM-S 1.0 – Webinar-4 on the topic "Networking and Negotiation”, on 28th June’2020, as a part of the ACM-S 1.0 Webinar series. Mr. Dinesh Pai, Principal Consultant-EY, Canada & Youth Delegate-United Nations was the Guest Speaker.
Mr. Dinesh Pai is proficient in Technology Strategy Formulation, Portfolio Management and Executive Communication etc. He possesses skills to analyze companies and business units through the lens of management consulting.
Mr. Pai explained how networking has played an important role in setting up his career and getting a better job. In the first half of the Webinar he walked the audience through the different ways of networking and the dos and don'ts during networking. In the second half, he spoke about Negotiations and its types and explained why it is necessary to negotiate properly to yield a better outcome.
The Webinar was highly interactive with 60+ active participants becoming a part of it.
Librarian participated in the Online FDP Program through National Webinar Lecture Series
Dr. Bharathi, Librarian, participated in the Online FDP Program on “Skills for Librarianship” through National Webinar Lecture Series conducted by LIS Academy and NCSI-Net Foundation Bengaluru, during 16th May to 21st June’2020.

Overall, the Program was very informative and enhanced the participants’ knowledge and skills.
