Day 3: Orientation Programme
‘Uthkhanana -2014’
Day three of ‘Uthkhanana’- Nimma Prathibege Namma Vedike; a three-day orientation Programme began with a recollection of the previous days teaching. Mrs. Ranjitha B., Department of English, engaged a session on ‘Decide Where You Want to Go’ and conducted group activities. Later, Mr. Ramesh K. G., Department of Business Administration, engaged a session on ‘Pose yourself to face Society’. He briefed about the career opportunities in MBA and also avenues in the Sahyadri Campus.
Motivational videos were screened for the students and Quiz Competition, Collage Competition, Verity Competition and Debate Competitions were held. Winners will be rewarded in the valedictory programme.
Fifty students participated in the orientation Programme. The resource persons were Mrs. Ranjitha B., Department of English, Mr. Rakshith P. Shetty, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Ramesh K. G., and Mrs. Divya Prabhu, Department of Business Administration and Ms. Aurin Madtha, Student Welfare Officer (Academics) were actively involved in the programme.

Tomorrow at Sahyadri
A two-day Orientation Programme for the benefit of I P.U. students will be held in the Campus. Faculty of the P.U. College will engage various sessions to welcome the new entrants and help them orient themselves with the salient features of Sahyadri P.U. College and what to expect in the academic year.
