Note: 1 -Those who have opted for choice-1 in the Option entry only go through the registration process.

Note: 2.- Keep 3 sets of Photocopies of documents as per the KEA Acknowledgement card with Eight Photos (Pass port size with Red Back Ground)

Roadmap to Admission Process

• Counter 1 - Registration counter:
  • Registration
  • Issue of application
  • Scholarship Information
• Counter 2- Filling Application
• Counter 3- Submission of documents &filling the documents
• Counter 4- Data entry
• Counter 5- Paying college fee - Rs. 19,750=00, Other Fees (as applicable)
  # Returning the application form /File to Cash section.
• Counter 6- Hostel & Transport Enquiry
• Counter 7- Issuing of loan letters
• Counter 8-
  • Issue of Anti ragging Parent Declaration copy
  • Issue of Bridge Course Booklet
  • Information regarding Parents Orientation Programme
• Counter 9 - College joining report- Online entry -Mandatory. (helpdesk near Principal's chamber) + Meeting the Principal & collecting the Kit.

Note: If joining report is not done, Admission is incomplete as per KEA norms.
