ACM Sahyadri hosted ACM-S 1.0 – Webinar-3 on 27th June’2020 as a part of the ACM-S 1.0 Webinar series. Mr. Nitin Kamal, Data Scientist-II at OYO and Co-Founder, The Data Monk, was the Guest Speaker.
Mr. Nitin Kamal is a Driven Analytics Practitioner who is passionate about solving difficult problems and continuous learning. He has worked on two projects to provide insights on the online activity of a couple of Fortune 500 companies. He spoke on the topic "How to make a career in Data Science” He related his journey towards Data Science, and briefed on how to begin a career in Data Science.
Mr. Nithin also explained about why skills like SQL, Python, Machine Learning (Specifically Linear Regression and Logistic Regression) etc. are helpful in a Data Science Career.
