Engineering students achieve at the First Virtual Hackathon, QuarantineHacks 2020 conducted by Sahyadri Open Source Community (SOSC). This three-day Hackathon was specially curated for all probation members of the Community.
The theme for the Hackathon was open, giving participants the fluidity of working on any domain and area of their choice. The event had around 6 teams, all working against the clock to showcase their best skills and build exciting projects.

The main objective of this Hackathon was to introduce participants to the joy of actually building, application of acquired knowledge, time management and team play.
SOSC is an open-source community with the prime intent to acquaint students with the open-source ecosystem and develop skill sets by providing effective training. It is a conglomeration of clubs and individuals.
