Faculty, Dept. of ISE completes 5-Days FDP organized by CREATES, IISER-Bhopal

Dr. Chatrapathy K., Professor, Information Science & Engineering completed 5-Days Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on ‘Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education’ organized by CREATES, IISER-Bhopal under the Scheme of Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission Teachers & Teaching (PMMMNMTT) Scheme of MHRD-India.
The FDP was conducted by renowned Techno-educationist Dr. Yogesh Velankar assisted by Dr. Ambar Jain, IISER-Bhopal.
Following topics were included in the FDP:

2. Assessment & Evaluation
3. Assessment of Teaching & Learning
4. Evaluation Tools, Techniques, Frameworks
5. Assessment Tools in the Digital Era
6. Slack Coordinated Learning Tool
7. Examiner Assessment Tool
8. Project on Digital Teaching and Assessment
Participation in discussion, collaboration in team work, online collaboration in Slack channels, regular attendance, submission of assignments within deadline time, quality of project reports and assignments were the other parameters used in qualifying participants.
IISER gives utmost importance for critically evaluating participants and certificates will be awarded after 3 weeks of completion of the event.
