Dept. of Business Administration conducts PAC Meeting

The Program Assessment Committee (PAC) Meeting of the Dept. of Business Administration was conducted on 31st Aug’2020. Dr. Vishal Samartha, Director & Head-Dept. of Business Administration along with Prof. Samarth Shenoy B. Coordinator presented the progress and action plans needed to be taken regarding the MBA programme.
Details of plans about Even Semester and action plans to improve the same were presented. Dr. Vishal stressed on the importance of Placement Enhancement Skills like online courses and value-added courses to strengthen the batch. She also conveyed her views on how to improve entrepreneur related activities. The discussion also included many aspects like improvement in publication and research funding projects. The activities planned for the next academic year were also discussed with major focus on the progress with regards to Autonomy
Dr. Rajesha S., Principal gave valuable suggestions related to effective implementation of OBE, Teaching and Learning Process. He highlighted about giving more importance to address the gap to cater to current industrial requirement.
Dr. Nalini Rebello, Dean-Academics, gave her feedback and suggested evaluating impact analysis on various activities conducted by the dept.
The faculty who were present gave their inputs to enhance the overall OBE implementation in the dept.
