MBA Faculty attends a One-Week FDP on “Psychometric Behavioral Testing & Training”

Prof. Sushma V, Dept. of Business Administration-MBA has attended a One-Week Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Hands-On Psychometric Behavioral Testing & Training” organized by Silicon City College of Management and Commerce, Bengaluru.
As a learning outcome of this programme, she is now confidently able to administer psychometric tests of students, infer and also provide feedback based on the scores. This has also enhanced her confidence in carrying out Ph.D research activities as it is related to the Employability Skills and Attitude.
