Expert Talk on ‘Application Tracking System in Recruitment & Selection through MS- Excel’

Mr. Ganesh Rao, CEO-Empowering People, LLP, Bengaluru, addressed the students of first year MBA regarding the Applications Tracking System using MS-Excel utilized by HRs in Recruitment & Selection process.
The speaker emphasised on the significance of technology in Recruitment & Selection in corporate sector. He gave a Demo on Vlookup function in MS-Excel in order to retrieve employee information from multiple files. He trained the students on MIS Recruitment Report, Job Vacancy Tracker and Recruitment Vs. Hires Dashboard. He re-iterated the short cut keys and tools used to work faster and effectively on MS-Excel. The session not only gave insights on the Recruitment & Selection trackers maintained in organizations but also gave Hands-On experience to students on MS-Excel.
