Mr. Srikanth Kalyanasundaram, Deputy General Manager-HR John Cockerill India Limited, Mumbai, member of leader’s excellence at Harvard Square, addressed the students of first year MBA regarding “Innovation”. He asked each student to come up with 5 innovative ideas. He spoke about HR Analytics, MIS in HR for decision making and AI. He asked students to build a good network and get updates about evolution in industries. He expressed that building network is like finding a treasure and it’s very important for MBAs. He gave 10 mantras for HR professionals to cultivate the culture of innovation.
