On 11th Oct, 2021, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering organized a talk on “Substance Abuse, the End of Happiness” for Second Year CSE, AI-ML, and Data Science Students. The Resource Person Mr. Ankith S Kumar, Student Counsellor, Health & Counselling Centre interacted with students by delivering insightful information. Initially, the session began with warm up activities. Further, Mr. Ankith delivered a talk on Drugs its uses, Addiction and Reasons of Addiction, Types of Narcotic and Psychotropic Substance, Movies & Adolescents, Psychological Dependence, Withdrawal Symptoms, Impact on family, HIV & AIDS, Control and Prevention.
