The Integrated Yoga Approach can solve the problems of the modern society and build ideal social orders. He added that yoga is a process of purification and that practical knowledge is important to contribute to societal projects. He explained how one can apply the principles and techniques of yoga to meet various challenges of modern life and to integrate yoga with other forms of healthcare like naturopathy, ayurveda, allopathy and homeopathy. He welcomed each and every one to join the global network to continue the journey to learn, practice, teach and own our yoga programs at Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, Bengaluru.

Prof. Dr. Anjana Devi encouraged the gathering to have a vision and follow one’s dreams to attain one’s goals. Comparatively, practical training is lacking in India. It is very important to practice the knowledge gained and contribute to society in a positive way.
