Three-Day FDP sponsored by AICTE commences at Sahyadri

Three-Day Faculty Development Programme during 18th to 20th June’18 on ‘Student Induction Programme’ sponsored by AICTE commenced today at Sahyadri. Mr. Sanjeev Chopra, the Resource Person of the FDP shared his views on Universal Human Values and its importance in present scenario to build a better nation. Mr. Dayal from AICTE South-west Region Bengaluru was also present and shared his thoughts on the importance of student induction programme for engineering institutions. Mr. Dayal went around the campus and appreciated the efforts of management in terms of student-centric initiatives which is on par with AICTE expectations. Dr. Umesh M Bhushi, Director-Strategy & Planning and Prof. S S Balakrishna, Vice-Principal presented the innovative features of Sahyadri to them. A total of 100 participants from 30 institutes are attending the FDP.
