Student Counsellor invited by All India Radio for Special interview

Mr. Ankith S Kumar, Student Counselor, was invited by All India Radio-Akashavani Mangaluru for a special interview on the topic "Stress Management and Health Concerns for Students during Exams".
Mr Ankith spoke about the various Stress factors faced by students during exam time that can lead to sleep disorders, poor concentration, over-eating and so on and explained about the Counteractive Measures to be taken relating to food & study habits and sleep patterns during exam time.
