MBA Graduation Day 2016 Celebrated in the Campus

The Graduation Day for the students of the Department of Business Administration was in the Campus. 90 students took an oath and received their graduation certificates from the chief guest Mr. Prahlad Chaudhary, HR Operations Head, JSW Steel Ltd. Parents and relatives of the students were present to witness the event. Mr. Prahalad was delighted to be a part of the Graduation Day as it brought back memories of his graduation. He stimulated the students to do “Self Searching” that will enable them to go deeper into one’s own strengths, weaknesses and work on improving from time to time. He mentioned that - one should not impose thinking on others but give them a liberty to think themselves. He also emphasized that individuals should speak in the language that never hurts others. He enlightened the students and welcomed them to the world of challenges in HR, Finance and Marketing roles. He shared inspirational stories of his mentors and encouraged the graduates to have mentors till the last day of their life. Practical school starts now and should not hesitate to make mistakes; however continuing to do mistakes is foolishness hence graduates should now involve continuously in the process of learning till the last moment of life. He concluded with an enlightening quote of Swami Vivekananda – “Take risk in life, if you win you will lead and if you lose you will guide.”Mr. Prahlad Chaudhary, HR Operations Head, JSW Steel Ltd, the chief guest is an HR professional with MBA-HR and vast experience in areas of planning, organizing and implementation of HR interventions in the domain of Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Mentorship & buddy programs, Job Analysis & evaluations, Talent Acquisition, Induction & orientation, benchmark people performances and building a learning culture for achieving Business Excellence. Students shared their experiences of the wonderful period they spent in the Campus and expressed their gratitude to their alma mater. The formal function was followed by a photography session.
