Case Study Method of Teaching incorporated in ICT Class for MBAs

In one of the subjects for 2nd Year MBA HR Specialization – International Human Resource Management (18MBAHR403), the E-Class on 3rd Apr’2020 included Case Study Method of Teaching. A link to the Case Study on “International HRM Practices of Coca Cola Company” was emailed to the students in advance for reading before the class. During the class, students were allowed time for guided reading and then share their inputs for the questions posed by Prof. Sushma V, the facilitator of the class. Students enthusiastically participated in class and shared their inputs one-by-one. They were able to relate to the theories covered during the previous one week of class and also get exposure to the real time situation in MNCs regarding IHRM concepts. The class was carried out on ZOOM Platform with 100% attendance on this day.
