MBA Faculty conducts Online Session for the MBAs of Channabasaveshwara Institute of Technology, Gubbi, Tumkur

Prof. Sushma V, Dept of Business Administration was invited by Prof. Praveen Kumar T M, Head of MBA Department at Channabasaveshwara Institute of Technology, Gubbi, Tumkur (Affiliated to VTU, Belagavi) to facilitate an online session on “Employee Discipline and Employee Grievance” related to the Course – Human Resource Management (Course Code – 18MBA21). More than 70 MBA students were the beneficiaries of the session.
Students were able to gain insights on the Employee Grievance Handling Procedure, Employee Discipline, and importance of HR as a profession and also Movie Analysis on the concepts of HRM.
Before concluding, the questions asked by students related to job market during the COVID-19 situation, Skill-sets expected from an HR and online certification courses were answered.
