Representatives from the In-House companies and LLP's attended the Webinar on "Fuel the Start-Ups" – Funding Options for Start-Ups and MSME's, organized by CII Mangaluru on 10th July 2020. Mr.
PrakashKalbavi, Chairman of CII Mangaluru; Mr. Iqbal Mohammad, Convenor of CII IT& Start-Up Panel; Mr. K Socrates, Dy. Director of MSME Development Institute, Mangaluru were the speakers along with a representative from Canara Bank.
The Webinar was organized since the CII Mangaluru team felt that the Start-Ups and MSME's were left out during the COVID-19 Pandemic situation and they realized that holding a session related to funding for start-ups during the crisis situation was the need of the hour.
The Speakers were instrumental in clearing doubts and extending support to the MSME's by re-iterating the various schemes available under the Ministry of MSME. Representatives from the Banks shared their financial report in terms of funds distributed to MSME's during the last one year quoting few examples of entrepreneurs. They also shared inputs on MUDRA loans.
