Concluding Day of Bridge Course for MBA Batch 2020-22

First session of the day was facilitated by Prof. Manjunatha Kamath on “Self-Evaluation” which was activity-based and students had a chance to think about their unique traits.
This was followed by Stress Interview conducted by the final year MBAs which enhanced the Team Spirit as students came forward to speak, just to make sure that their team is not falling behind.
Next session was facilitated by Mr. Johnson Tellis, CEO of TCE, Sahyadri who spoke on “Entrepreneurial Mind-set” and stressed on the 3 Circles of mindset – Mentors, Bouncers and Friends. He shared the steps in Designing Business Plans which will be highly beneficial for the students during the course of their studies.
Afternoon session was conducted by Dr. Azhar Shaheen Shaikh on “Communication” where he emphasized on Body Language and Posture as an important mode of communication.
