Induction Programme for Newly Joined Faculty Members – Day Two

Newly joined Faculty Members had a session on 'Start Ups of Sahyadri and its Career Opportunities' by Mr. Johnson Tellis and 'Effective Stress Management' by Mr. Ankith S Kumar on Day Two.
Mr. Johnson Tellis, CEO-TCE addressed the newly joined faculty members by discussing about their role in the Institution. Further, there was a brainstorming session wherein he demonstrated faculty members about the importance of Education in shaping the career of a student in the present situation. Also, he highlighted about various opportunities provided by the Institution.
Next session was addressed by Mr. Ankith S Kumar, Student Counselor. He emphasized on the importance of Mental and Physical health in overall Professional career and also briefed about Stress Management.
