Sahyadri Awarded Rs. 30 Lakhs funding for 10 Student’s projects by K-Tech NAIN, Govt. of Karnataka

K-Tech NAIN, Govt. of Karnataka granted Rs. 30 Lakhs for 10 projects, submitted for Second batch funding by Sahyadri students under NAIN Students Project Scheme.
Following are the Titles of the Projects:

3. Synchromesh Gear Assembly
4. True Audit for good governance
5. Educational Drone Kit-Flyfi
6. Neural Assistant Manager (NAM)
7. Context Aware Video Scrutinizer
8. Deaf Empowerments by audio perception
9. Krishi Tantrajnana
10. SefON
Objectives of the NAIN Scheme
• The main objective of NAIN Scheme is to encourage students, research scholars and alumni to share their ideas to solve chosen problems which are local-centric and to Validate, Refine and Nurture the ideas.
• Providing an eco-system to covert the ideas in proof of concept and upgrade them to a level of commercial value.
• Encourage and lead the teams towards setting up a Business enterprise.
Expected Outcomes of the NAIN Scheme:
1. Develop the technology-based solution and working prototypes.
2. Generation of IP’s.
3. Converting Prototypes to products and establishing startups.
