‘Immersive MBA’ for MBA Batch 2020, a New Initiative

With the growing need to stay current in the dynamic business world and adding skill-sets to the profiles of MBA students, Sahyadri MBA has initiated ‘Immersive MBA’ for the Batch of YR 2020. This year onward, the MBA students, right from their first semester will be engaged with the in-house industries and carry out their Practical assignments for each subject by interacting with the in-house industry heads, collecting their problem statements and finding practical solutions while doing their MBA Course. As the name suggests, students will be deeply absorbing MBA as a course and as an outcome, they will be ready-fit to the industries.
Immersive MBA is carried out in phases semester-wise and as a first intervention (5th – 6th Feb, 2021), students presented their learning experience with respect to the company assigned to them. They presented in front of the panel, about the Company Profile, Industry Profile, Products & Services of the Company and the Organization Structure.
Panel consisted of Industry heads and Faculty members who then asked questions and shared feedback.
