Deputy GM-HR, John Cockerill India Ltd, takes classes for 1st MBA on Management & Organization Behaviour

As a part of Immersive MBA programme, the Dept. of Business Administration is making efforts to connect more and more Industry heads to the students and now to share the subjects and bring practical exposure to the subjects for first year MBA to begin with. With this attempt, Mr. Srikanth Kalyanasundaram, Deputy General Manager, Human Resources, John Cockerill India Limited, has facilitated an online session on Organizational Behavior to the first MBA students. In his session, he has emphasized on the importance of Management thoughts to understand the Organizational Behavior. The session was made interactive by showing videos and also highlighted the significance of Leadership qualities through Role Play as a Teaching Pedagogy. Real time examples and Cases were illustrated to understand the various concepts. The importance of Human Relation Approach was also explained.
