MBA Faculty conducts session for Faculty of St. Agnes Degree College

Dr. Sukanya Rao, Dept. of Business Administration-MBA conducted a session on “Personal Growth and Interpersonal Relationships” for the faculty members of St. Agnes Degree College on Tuesday, 21st September 2021. She spoke about Self Awareness, Values and Beliefs and their influence on an individual’s behaviour, and Self-Empowerment. She emphasized on the importance of saving and investment for personal growth as well as the significance of sustaining a balanced growth in 4 areas of life i.e. physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. In addition, she conducted a few games to stress the importance of communication and trust to build healthy interpersonal relationships and creating synergy in organizations.
