Swamiji addresses students on “Role of Youth in Nation Building”

Swami Shantatmanandaji, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, New Delhi along with Swami Jitakamanandaji, Adhyaksha, Ramakrishna Math, Mangaluru visited Sahyadri and addressed the first year engineering students on “Role of youth in Nation Building”. Swamiji shared his experiences and discussed about different personalities he met in his journey of life. He urged students to follow & practice the policies of Swami Vivekananda. He highlighted that the purpose of education should be Man-Making & Character Building. He also said that absence of commitment, dedication & interest results in failure. He gave importance to understanding the needs of the weaker sections of the society & also taking initiatives for nation building in the form of making groups in villages to ensure every girl is educated.
