Student Exchange Programme: Sahyadrians pursuing internship in Kuka Robotics at Chennai Institute of Technology, Chennai

Under the “Student Exchange Programme” initiated between Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management, Mangaluru & Chennai Institute of Technology (CIT), Chennai, sixteen students of Mech / Mechatronics from CIT, Chennai interned at Caliper Engineering & Lab Pvt Ltd, a Mechanical Engineering Start-Up company at Sahyadri in June this year.
Similarly, students from Dept. of Mechanical Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering from Sahyadri are currently pursuing their internship in Kuka Robotics Lab at Chennai Institute of Technology, Chennai.
The Fifteen-Day internship is about programming of robots, their application in the Industrial atmosphere as well as hands-on experience in robotics. This internship is designed to give students a better understanding of Robotics in both theoretical as well as practical approach.
