'Final Fantasy', an Inter-class Quiz Competition conducted by First Year MBAs

As a part of the Peer to Peer learning activity, Akhil Raj along with his team from First year MBA conducted 'Final Fantasy', an Inter-class Quiz Competition for MBA students. The top eight teams of the first year MBA were selected through Preliminary round for the finale. The finale was held on 21st Apr, 2022 with 5 Rounds of exciting quiz.

Abhimaan Sahyadri Tech LLP recommended INR 15,00,000/- for the project as Finalist at Amrita Startups 2021

After clearing the multi-city pitching round held online, Abhimaan Sahyadri Tech LLP is declared one of the Finalists of Amrita Startups 2021. Prof. Pavanalaxmi, Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Director-Abhimaan Sahyadri Tech LLP pitched the Business Plan.
The Idea2PoC Evaluation Committee has recommended INR 15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh) for the project titled 'Wireless condition analyzer' under IDEA2PoC Grant Scheme (Amrita Startups 2021 ) of Karnataka Startup Policy, KITS, Dept. of Electronics, IT, Bt and S&T Govt. of Karnataka.

Dr. Prabhu's Konkani short film on Cyber Crime Awareness

Dr. Ananth Prabhu G, Professor in the Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering and Principal Investigator at the Digital Forensics and Cyber Security Center of Excellence acted in a short film Titled 'Cyber Crime' produced by Youth of GSB.
Recently, a popular priest Gopalakrishna Bhat, known as Gopi Bhat mam, was targeted by cyber criminals. They tried to trick him by using the Request Payment method on Pay Wallets. The short film has already garnered 15k+ views within a few hours of release.
Youth of GSB plans to release many such awareness short films on Cyber Crimes in different languages, shortly.
