Dr. Prabhu delivers a lecture on SOCMINT to detectives across nation

Dr. Ananth Prabhu G, Professor in the Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering and Principal Investigator at the Digital Forensics and Cyber Security Centre at Sahyadri was invited by the Central Detective Training Institute Hyderabad of the Bureau of Police Research and Development BPRD.
Dr. Prabhu delivered a lecture on 'Recent trends in Social Media Crimes'. He spoke about Metaverse, various crimes on social media, proactive steps to gather intelligence etc. The workshop was attended by 500+ officers of various ranks across the nation.
