Dr. Prabhu, CSE Faculty addresses at Capgemini
Dr. Ananth Prabhu G, Professor in the Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering was invited by Capgemini to deliver a lecture on "Cyber Security" for their employees. This is the first session out of the 4 sessions scheduled as a part of this initiative. Mr. Naresh Rao, VP-Capgemini, Mr. Anis Pakhwani and others were present for the session.
Capgemini is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services, and is well known for partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.
Dr. Prabhu spoke about IDN Homograph Attacks, Deep Fakes, Exif Data, Browser Fingerprinting, Cyber Laws in India, Multi Factor Authentication, Methods to harden IOS & Android Devices and other techniques to stay protected from the perils of the digital world. He has also extended them his invitation to visit the Sahyadri CoE in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security.
300+ participants from various cities across the country participated in this interactive session.
Two Sahyadri Project Teams selected for Semi-finals of Manthan 2021
A total of 6 teams from Sahyadri participated in Manthan 2021-Business Plan Presentation, an FKCCI event. Out of which, two of them have been selected for Semi-finals.
The event drew more than 190 teams from state-wide. NAIN Center at Sahyadri has nurtured and supported these projects.
