Training on “Appearing for Personal & GD Round of Interview” for MBAs

With campus recruitments lined up for the final year MBAs, the Dept. of Business Administration has organized a 4-Day Training on “Appearing for Personal & GD Round of Interview” during 1st to 4th Dec, 2021. Ms. Pavani K, Associate Head - Training, Tech Mahindra, Hyderabad is conducting the Training.
During the Day one of the Training, students were asked to pen down what they wish to improve on, their expectations from the training and the list of companies they wish to be placed. After thoroughly understanding where the students stand in terms of their interest and commitment towards self-improvement and their expectations from the Training, Pavni facilitated the session covering topics related to Body Language during the interview, Vocabulary, Tips to behave during the interview-Emotional and Physical stability and also touched upon Dressing sense. Students performed Role Play, playing roles of an Interviewer and Interviewee and feedback was shared by the Trainer. The session was closed with inputs on how to answer certain questions during interview in the most pleasing manner.
