CSE student Cleared GATE-2022
Prathviraj, 8th semester student from Dept. of Computer Science Engineering, has cleared GATE 2022 in CS exam paper with the Score of 583 and AIR 1642. Based on the score, he has been allotted a seat at National Institute of Technology, Delhi for Mater of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering.

Shreenanda P of 2023 outgoing batch from Computer Science & Engineering has been recruited by TCS through TCS CodeVita, the largest global computer programming competition, for the position of Assistant System Engineer-Trainee. CTC offered is INR 3.36 LPA.

Sahyadri Boys Kho-Kho Team secured Runners Up in VTU Mangaluru Zone Inter-Collegiate Kho-Kho Tournament-2022 held at Yenepoya Institute of Technology, Moodabidri on 17th June, 2022.
Final Results: Three-Day Hackathon on 'Ethical Hacking'
Three-Day Hackathon on 'Ethical Hacking' organized by Sahyadri and Supported by AICTE SPICE Scheme was held during 13th-15th June 2022. The event was mentored by Cybsersapiens United LLP, Mangaluru. This event was also supported by SOSC, CoE Digital Forensics Intelligence and Cyber Security, Sahyadri MIC IIC, Dept. of CSE and Dept. of ISE.
During the Closing Ceremony, Mr. Robin D'Souza, Founder and CEO, Cyber Sapiens United LLP, the Guest of the event, congratulated all the participants who actively participated and thanked Sahyadri for the opportunity to mentor the event. Dr. Rajesha S, Principal; Dr. Shamanth Rai, Dean Academics and Mr. Shahid Ahmed from Cyber Sepiense United LLP, distributed the prizes to the winners. Dr. Prashanth Rao, Prof. Srinivas PM, Prof. Harisha and First-Year Faculty members were present during the Prize distribution ceremony.
