Mr. Rolf Baum, Campus and International Recruitment Manager of Engineering Institute of Technology, Australia, visited Sahyadri on 23rd June'22 to discuss on the opportunities for students in Australia. He interacted with the Principal - Dr. Rajesha S, Dean-Placements and Heads of all departments. Student Mobility and Exchange like Programs ie: Mechatronics / IA Gap, Other Degrees-Joint Awards, Articulation from Master's degree to EIT's Master degree, Exchange of Resources: Like Programs ie: Mechatronics / IA Gap - Faculty Exchange, Lab Collaboration, Research collaboration and Doctor of Engineering were discussed in the meeting.

Dept. of ISE conducts PAC Meeting

The Program Assessment Committee (PAC) Meeting of the Dept. of Information Science & Engineering was conducted on 23rd June 2022. Dr. Shamanth Rai, Head-Dept. of Information Science & Engineering presented the progress and action plans to be taken regarding the Information Science and Engineering programme.
Details of Student and Faculty achievements, Placement statistics of the academic year 2021-22 was presented. In addition to this, various initiatives of department along with action plans, AICTE 100 Points activity, action plans for upcoming semester was also covered in the presentation. Further, PAC members provided inputs for the growth of the department.
Dr. Priya Kamath, Associate Professor, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering was present during the meeting and appreciated the various initiatives of the department. She also gave feedback and valuable suggestions about various aspects discussed during the presentation.
