Faculty Member Attends Prestigious NIWC-2015 Workshop on Cryptology
Prof. Sourabh Prakash of the Department of Information Science & Engineering deputed to IIIT-Allahabad as a Research Scholar, attended a five-day workshop on Cryptology; prestigiously known as NIWC-2015 (National Instructional Workshop on Cryptology) at Shimla. The workshop was organised by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, under the aegis of CRSI (Cryptology Research Society of India). Eminent speakers, professors and scientists from DRDO, ISI, IITs, NITs, and SETS-Chennai engaged the workshop and participants from various IITs, IIITs, and NITs were part of the five-day workshop.
Cryptology Research Society of India is a scientific assembly, consisting of academicians, researchers, specialists, students, and institutions interested in promoting the science and technology of Cryptology, Security and allied disciplines in India.
