Outgoing students of Mechanical Engineering bid farewell
FLAMES, the student association of the Department of Mechanical Engineering held its valedictory and farewell for the outgoing students of the department.The Chief Guest, Dr. U. M. Bhushi, Principal, in his address eulogised the association for its work and through an anecdote gave some advice to the outgoing students. Prof. S. S. Balakrishna,Vice-Principal and the Guest of Honor, wished all the outgoing students a bright future. Head of the Department Prof Mahesh B. Davangeri in his presidential address appreciated the students for their hard work in academics as well as extra-curricular activities. Prof Umashankar, Dean-Academics also spoke on the occasion.
The outgoing students shared their experience of their years spent in Sahyadri. The achievers in academics and extra-curricular activities were felicitated. After the formal function a cultural program with games entertained the gathering.
