MBA Faculty attends a Two-Day workshop organized by CLHRD, Mangaluru

Prof. Padmanabha B, Dept. of Business Administration, has participated in a Two-Day workshop on 'Leadership as a Virtual Presence' organized by College for Leadership and HRD (CLHRD), Mangaluru. The workshop included sessions on curriculum for six semesters of BLRD, Basics in Leadership Research and Development, a three-year Composite Graduate Programme like the BHRD, Basics in Human Resource Development. During the sessions, the participants were divided into groups and together they discovered and described the curriculum for each of the semesters. The workshop concluded with practical applications of leadership in classrooms.
