Mechanical Engineering students Win 1st and 2nd place in 'Incredia 2022' held at NMAM Institute of Technology

Mohammed Zain, Nestor Noronha and Abhinav Thodthillaya, students from 6th Semester Mechanical Engineering won 1st place and Salvin Pinto, G Vijeth, Vineeth Pais from 8th Semester Mechanical Engineering won 2nd place in 'Engine Overhaul' an event held at Incredia 2022, a National Level Techno-Cultural Fest of NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte. They received Certificates and a Cash Prize for this. The event consisted of three rounds. Round 1: A written test to test the knowledge of automobiles. Round 2: Identifying the parts of the engine and explaining their function and Final Round: Fixing an already overhauled engine. Teams had to assemble the engine with the smallest number of errors in the least amount of time.

Prof. Ganaraj K, Dept. of Information Science & Engineering successfully completed NPTEL FDP Course on "Introduction to Database Systems". The course was offered by Indian Institute Of Technology Madras.
