Final Year MBAs visit Hero MotoCorp in Gurgaon, New Delhi

A total of 68 Final Year MBAs along with 6 faculty are currently in New Delhi for Industry Visit and have visited Hero MotoCorp in Gurugaon, New Delhi on 25th May, 2022. Dr. Raveendra Kaikini, Dept. of Business Administration, connected the faculty to the Chief Quality Officer - Mr. Mahesh Kaikini of Hero MotoCorp India who made arrangements for the students and faculty to not only visit their organization but also takeaway key learnings from their visit. Mr. Kotwal and Mr. Satyajeeth conducted a session sharing information related to the Evolution, Vision and Mission and the strategies of growth concerning Hero MotoCorp.
Students were taken for a site visit as well as the Shop Floor providing opportunities to the students to interact with the staff. The visit concluded with a Q&A session and students had a great learning experience interacting with the leaders as well as viewing the manufacturing set up.

Inauguration of ARPAN 2022

On 25th May 2022, Dr. Rajesha S, Principal inaugurated the Cultural Fest, ARPAN-2022 organized by the Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering in association with CLOUDS. While addressing the audience, Principal encouraged the students to actively participate in the events organized by the department. Dr. Shamanth Rai, Dean-Academics congratulated the CSE department for reinstating Cultural Events after the Covid-19 Pandemic. Dr. Pushpalatha K, Head-Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering; Dr. Priya Kamath, Associate Professor; Prof. Shailesh Shetty, Staff Coordinator-ARPAN; Mr. Vaibhav Shetty, Vice-President-ARPAN; Mr. Varun Kanchan, Secretary-ARPAN, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff, and students were present during the inaugural function.

The cultural fest, ARPAN 2022 has begun and will be concluded on June 15th. On the first day, Pen fight and Rangoli competition was held. It was an eventful day with active participation from students and faculty.
