Sharada Pooja was held on 12th Oct, 2021 at the Central Library in Sahyadri Campus. On the auspicious day, Trustees, Vice-Principal, Deans, Finance Officer, HOD's, Staff members and Students came together to seek the blessings of the goddess of knowledge, music, art and culture.
Dept. of ISE organized a Talk on “Leadership Development” for Second Year ISE Students
On 9th Oct’2021, Dept. of Information Science & Engineering organized a talk on “Leadership Development” for Second year students. The resource person was Mr. Abhijith Karkera. The session was highly interactive and it demanded active participation of students both individually as well as in groups. By sharing his life experiences he brought out the importance of communication, behavior, postures and things to be avoided while communicating. He made students to realize - how small gestures have the power of making or breaking others day and how we need to monitor our gestures for the same reason.
Dept. of CSE organized an Orientation Programme on Academics, NSS & Red Cross Unit for Second Year CSE, AI-ML, and Data Science Students
 
On 12th Oct’ 2021, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering organized an Orientation Programme for Second Year CSE, AI-ML, and Data Science Students. Dr. Pushpalatha K, Head of Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering introduced the Resource person to the students. The Resource Person - Ms. Sreelatha U A, Academic Administrative Officer interacted with students by sharing information related to Academics, NSS & Red Cross Unit. She emphasized on Academics, Rules and Regulations, Scholarship, Fee Structure, Extra-curricular Activities, Co-Curricular Activities, NSS & Red Cross Unit. She re-iterated the importance of adjustment in the next three years of study both in family and among friends. She emphasized that students should aim to be good Human beings, good Engineers, be sensible and learn things, be empathetic, and respect each and every one.
