VTU Workshop on Implementing NEP in Autonomous Colleges

Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi has organized a One-Day Workshop on "Implementation of NEP in Autonomous Colleges" at Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan on 16th September 2021. The main agenda of the workshop was to discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by the Autonomous Colleges in line with various aspects of the National Education Policy 2020, which has brought many new initiatives and a new curriculum structure.
Dr. Manjappa S, Director–R&D and Consultancy; Dr. Rajesha S, Principal; Dr. Srinath M, COO and Dr. Ravichandra K R, Dean Industry Connect have attended the workshop to understand the effective implementation of NEP under Autonomous Environment and also to interact with various delegates of other Autonomous Colleges.

MBA Faculty Conducts Training for Inspira Technologies, Gadag, a BOSCH Initiative on “Making of a Developed Country”

Prof. Sushma V, Dept. of Business Administration was certified by BOSCH and Skill India as a Master Trainer to facilitate Training on Nation Building, an initiative of BOSCH on driving Soft Skills and Right Attitude among the youth and all citizens of the country. A total of 120 centres across India carried out the 10-Hour Online Nation Building Course at a time by deploying 52 Master Trainers. The aim of this training was to inculcate the 10 Mantras that make the youth responsible citizens of the country – Ethics, Integrity, Responsibility, Respect to Law & Regulations, Respect from major citizens by right, Love your Work, Efforts to Save and Invest, Will to be Productive, Punctuality and Attitude of Gratitude. While these soft skills and attitudes are equally important to each citizen to learn and practice every day, Academic Leaders can influence youth, thereby making a significant contribution in Nation Building
