Faculty Members and Students participate in One Day Workshop
 
Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering (MITE), Moodbidri, conducted a One Day workshop on 'Dimensions of Business Strategies in Global Scenario’. Nine students of the first year Department of Business Administration along with Ms. Divya Prabhu, Mrs. Shilpa Shetty, Mr.Vishwanath.BN and Mr. Ullas. U. M, Assistant Professors, Department of Business Administration, attended this workshop.
The workshop had technical sessions on specialization in Finance, Marketing and HR. Eminent speakers from companies like Capgemini, Himalaya Drugs, Juniper Networks and Udupi Power Corporation addressed the gathering.
Pool Campus Recruitment Drive by Tayana Software Solutions Pvt Ltd.
 
Tayana Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. , conducted a pool campus recruitment drive in the Campus. One hundred and ninety four students participated in the drive.
Mr.Rathan Rao Pathur CTO & Team gave a pre-placement talk. Rathan Rao P - CTO, James Jaiob - Project Manager, Mohammed Rafi - Associate Leader, Venkatesh Kulkarni - Senior Project Leader, Shouvik Kar - Senior Project Head conducted the recruitment progress. Forty two students were shortlisted in the Written Test. It will be followed by Technical Interview. The results are awaited.

Sustainability through Social Value Addition”, held at the PG Department of Commerce and Management Studies, St. Aloysius College, Mangalore.
