Manoje, a student of second semester Electronics & Communication Engineering has achieved educational excellence. He has cleared second stage of NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) conducted by Government of India. NTSE is a National level Scholarship Programme in India to identify & recognize students with intellect & academic talent. It is one of the prestigious exams in India. He has also won 1st place in NITK Engiconnect competition, an Innovation in Technical field.

MBA Faculty chaired a session in National Conference
Dr. Rashmi Kodikal, Professor, Department of Business Administration was invited to Chair a session in a National Conference on "Global Brand Building" organised by SDM Post Graduation Centre, Mangaluru. During her deliberation she emphasised on extendibility of the brands across national boundaries. She spoke about Theodore Levitt's theory on death of local brands and inescapable domination of global brands over local brands. Her talk left a message that a company can build a global brand but it should nurture culture specific elements of brand personality.
