Aerospace Standard NDT Lab opened at Sahyadri
Sahyadri’s efforts to up skill students, continues by setting up “Aerospace Standard Non Destructive Testing Lab” in Caliper. This lab is equipped with the state of art latest equipments to do NDT using UV Light inspection at par with aerospace testing standards. The Centre is managed by certified industrial experts to impart skills to students as well as for testing customer products. Students will get benefitted by hands-on experience on live Industrial products, giving them an opportunity to be get certified in NDT through “The American Society for Non Destructive Testing (ASNT)” and become globally employable.
2nd Semester Engineering Students above 9 SGPA in VTU Exams
Sahyadri takes the pride in presenting the 2nd Semester Engineering students who have scored above 9 SGPA in the recently held VTU Exams. By maintaining their SGPA consistently at 9 and above shall get them placement opportunities in Core industries.

MBA Faculty attends an FDP at IIMB
 Prof. Padmanabha B from the Department of Business Administration participated in the Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Using Blended MOOCs in Management Education”. The programme was inaugurated by Ms. Usha Ganesan, Manager IIMBx. The first session was facilitated by Prof. PD Jose, Chairperson - Digital Learning on “Blended Learning Approaches”. He highlighted the changing landscape of Management Education and changing paradigm in 21st Century learning model. Next was a Master Class on Marketing Management by Prof. Ashis Mishra, IIM Bangalore. This was followed by workshop on Blended MOOCs by IIMBx MOOCs Team.
