Introduction of the Mentor:
Prof. Sadhana has 8 years of teaching experience. She graduated from Srinivas Institue of Technology Mangaluru, with Computer Science & Engineering as specialization and completed M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from NMAMIT, Nitte. Her area of interest is Data Mining.
Introduction of the Mentees:
• Nidhishree M P is from Puttur, completed her schooling as well as PU in Vivekananda Educational institutions Puttur. She has participated in State Level Prathibha Karanji. Her hobbies are dancing, playing carrom and listening to music. She is a classical singer and secured 97% in junior grade classical music exam. She is interested in teaching and desires to continue Masters after graduation.
• Shreya is from Mangaluru, completed her schooling in Vishwa Mangala High School, Konaje and PU in Sharada PU College Mangaluru. She is fascinated about watching nature and interested in gardening. Her hobbies include reading books and listening to music. She desires to join a reputed IT organization and be a good engineer.
• Advithiya A Bangera is from Mangaluru. He completed his schooling from Nalanda and PU in St. Aloysius PU College Mangaluru. His hobbies are collecting stamps and coins. He is a sports person and has bagged many prizes in events like long jump and badminton. His aspiration is to be a successful entrepreneur after engineering.
• Ashvitha is from Mangaluru, completed her schooling in NMPT High School, Panambur and PU in Sharada PU college Mangaluru. Her hobbies are cooking and dancing. She desires to work in reputed Software Company and be a successful computer science engineer.
• Ranjith K is from Kasaragod. He completed his schooling in GHSS and PU in GHSS PU College, Kasaragod. He is interested in drawing. He is also a sports person and has participated in district level cricket tournament in which his team was Runners-up. His aspiration is to join Indian Army and serve the Nation.
• Kavya is from Mangaluru, she completed her schooling in Delhi Public School, MRPL and PU in St. Aloysius PU College Mangaluru. She is interested in Yakshagana and participated in district level competitions and won 2nd place. She is an excellent football player and participated in state level match. Her dream is to join a reputed IT organization and become a successful engineer.

Tomorrow at Sahyadri

UGC-NET 2018 Online Computer Based test is scheduled in Aptitude labs on 22-12-2018 from 02:30PM onwards. Total of 202 aspirants are expected to attempt the test. On behalf of UGC, the National Eligibility Test (NET) is conducted for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor, both in Indian Universities and Colleges.

Mr. Anil Uppin, Former Managing Director, KCTU would be the Chief Guest and Mr. Rohit Nara, Founder and CEO of AGUA would be the Guest of Honour of the Alumni Meet 2018 which would be held on Saturday 22nd Dec’18, 3.30pm onwards in Sahyadri Campus.
