MBA Faculty invited as a Session Chair to evaluate Research Paper Presentation in the International Conference

Dr. Sharan Shetty, Professor, Department of Business Administration was invited as a Session Chair to evaluate the Research Paper presentation during the International Conference titled "Managing Knowledge for All-round Well Being: Realizing the Promise in a Knowledge Society" held at Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management (JKSHIM) – Nitte, Mangaluru, on 29th Dec’19.

Dr. Shetty is the Alumni of JKSHIM, where he pursued his MBA studies. He had the privilege to judge around six Research Papers during the conference. He gave his valuable inputs to the researchers during the presentation.

Introduction of the Mentor:
Ms. Shalaka obtained her B.E degree from Moodlakatte Institute of Technology, Kundapur and M.Tech degree from NMAMIT, Nitte. She has one year of teaching experience. She has published a Paper in IEEE International Conference and one more in an International Conference. Her Area of Research interest is Computer Network.

Introduction of the Mentees:
• Bhushan Chowta is from Padubidri. He pursued his schooling from Shri Lakshmi Janardhan International School and PUC from SlJ PU College, Belman. His hobbies are listening to music, playing games etc. His aspiration is to work for Google/IBM/Microsoft.

• Bhavish A is from Natekal. He pursued his schooling from Vishwamangala High School and PUC from Sharada PU College, Mangaluru. His hobbies are listening to music, solving puzzles and programming. His aspiration is to work as a software developer.

• Bhoomika Hedge is from Kundapur. She pursued her schooling from SMS English Medium School, Brahmavar and PUC from Excellent PU College, Kundapur. Her hobby is reading novels.

• Deekshith D Shetty is from Belthangady. He pursued his schooling from S.D.M English Medium High School and PUC from S.D.M PU College, Belthangady. His hobbies are playing chess and cricket.

• Adithya M is from Sullia. He pursued his schooling from Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Kendra and PUC from Rotary PU College Sullia, His hobbies include reading books and playing. He aspires to work at DRDO.

• Shreenanda P is from Puttur. He pursued his schooling from Shri Ramakrishna High School and PUC from Vivekananda PU College, Puttur. His hobbies are listening to podcasts. He has a passion for learning the Maddale or Mrudanga, a percussion instrument which is the primary rhythmic accompaniment in Yakshagana Ensemble, along with Chande.
