CSR initiative by MARKUS the MBA Marketing Club

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility, MARKUS; the Marketing Club of the Department of Business Administration with an initiative called, ‘Hand & Heart’, identified an orphanage called Chinnara Thangudhama within Mangalore city which houses around fifty talented children, aged 6 to 10 years and has earned its reputation of a reliable and enthusiastic organization. With the Club motto being `Empowering Hands, Touching Hearts’, the members of Hand & Heart were determined to associate with the administration of Chinnara Tangudhama and help to better the lives of children by extending generous donations and participation in this great social cause to get closer to their dream.

These children have expressed a deep interest in the arts and have participated in various regional contests. Chinnara Thangudhama not only provides shelter to unfortunate children, but also works for their education and finds foster parents too.
