Mr. Gurusiddayya Hiremath has joined the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering as an Assistant Professor. He has obtained his B.E. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from JNNCE, Shimoga and a Masters in Electronics & Communication Engineering from UVCE, Bangalore.
Faculty Members Attend IESA Vision Summit
 Mr. Srinath M, COO & Professor, Dr. Molly Chaudhuri, Head, Training and Prof. Girish M., MBA, attended the IESA Vision Summit held in Bangalore. The Summit was organised by IESA (Indian Electronics & Semi-conductor Association) at the Leela Palace. The theme address was given by Padma Bhushan Dr. K Radhakrishnan, Former Chairman, ISRO. Chief Ministers of Karnataka, Chhatisgarh, M.P, Dr. Ronald Black, President & CEO, Rambus Inc. and stalwarts of industry were present during the two-day conference. The themes for the two-day conference for discussion were Make in India - Vision to Reality, Transforming India -Movers & Shakers, Fuelling the Wheels of Change - the essentials: States –The Fulcrum of ESDM Policy Implementation, Realising Smart Cities with IoT, and Semiconductor Fab –The Opportunity, Challenges & Accelerators.
